ROTATING TOOL CHANGE ON THE BRIDGE

This storage has 10/12/16 positions and it is installed on the “X” axis, so it is next to the spindle, allowing to make a faster tool change.

CNC

All of our machines incorporate a SIEMENS Industrial CNC and, at this moments the installed equipment is SINUMERIK 840D SL.
The axes movement control and the maneuvering of the rest of the machine is realized be a Numeric Control: Sinumerik 840D SL gathers all CNC, PLC, regulation and comunication tasks in a singular mpdule CCU (Compact Control Unit).
With the CCU3, high control and characteristics are available. This means a rapid development of the machining and drivers high dynamics.

These engines are installed with the pulse generator (encoder) incorporated ensuring greater reliability of measurement, to avoid tolerance in flexible couplings.

Control Desk

The control unit is installed in a mobile desk, for the machine management, where are incorporated the USB connections and Ethernet, it has a keyboard, screen and operator panel, from where the operator realizes all the operations. It can be desplaced along the machine.

PHENOLIC MULTIFUNCTIONAL TABLE

The table is planned and slotted in square sections, operations performed by the machine itself, which guarantees perfect perpendicularity, square and alignment of the three axes.

The working surface is grooved in 22×22 mm and 30 mm squares between centers. The material used for the table is MAX COMPACT 85FH of 20mm thickness. In this table different vacuum sockets are available, from which we must choose the ones we need depending on the pieces to be machined.

For the delimitation of the work area, we will place a rubber in the channels, to hold the piece by a vacuum.

In case we need to elevate the machining piece, we have a wide variety of aluminum suction cups and reference stops along the table perimeter that allows to place the board accurately.

In Nesting system a “martyr· board is placed to protect the resine table and, by its porosity, we subject the other piece placed over this martyr.

Our machines, due to the Rierge’s exclusive system, can even hold more than one piece and thus be able to mechanize two boards simultaneously.

In the machine bench vacuum meters are available to display the level of vacuum.

In case of wanting to raise the piece of the multifunctional table, we have a wide variety of suction cups and presses.

SUBJECTION BY SUCTION CUPS

We had incorporated to this model a subjection systema by suction cups consoles in combination with the multifunctional table for the Nesting system work.

The combination of both systems gives us a greater comfort when making the mechanizes and horitzontal drillings, for which it is necessary to elevate the piece of the table. Since now it was made by placing elevators pieces over the table, what required to remove the martyr panel in some cases.

With this system, thought and Patented by Rierge, you will achieve to mechanize the pieces by simply moving the consoles from its parking place amd placing them at the required distance along the working table.

VACUUM PUMPS

To subject the machining pieces, we use vacuum pumps, whose job is to suck up the air that remains in the channels of the table or the suction cups, when extracting this air we cause an empty effect that causes the parts to be tightly fastened and we can perfom the machining of the pieces without them being moved.

Robotized spindles. (5axis)

For these heads, we have designed a system of automatical suction hood height control, depending on the inclination of the spindle.

TABLE ASPIRATION

It is very imporntant in machines Nesting to keep the “Martyr” aspiration surface clean, to do that, our machines are equipped wit an aspiration system along the machine broadwise, this system is installed on the head. We can program some different cleaning cycles, one of them when finiching the machining process to clean the rests of pieces and chips, and another cycle when pieces are retired to clean the martyr.

For pieces good subjection is very important no to leave dust between the “Martyr” and the machining panel.

Machines with panel automatic charge, make the cleaning simultanously when the cut panel is discharge and the next panel is going to be loaded.

LUBRICATION:

Lubrication centralized and autimatic system.
The Numeric Control execute an automatic order by meters traversed, which guarantees a perfect and constant lubrication.
The system consists of an electric pump with its corresponding lubrication oil tank and volumetric distributors.
The system has warning / alarm that warns us about the low level of the lubricating liquid or about a loss of pressure in the circuit.
For extra lubrication, it has a specific key in the Control Panel, which can be operated manually.

TOOL MEASURING

“Marposs” Ts 30 El TS30 Tool setter contact tool’s measuring, it’s a compact application for the tool’s preadjust on the bench of the machining centers with a integrated interface. It can be used for:

• Tool integrity comprobation
• Tool length and diameter measuring
• Tool wear compensation
